The HQ 1103 is an 80mm round discus padlock with a polished stainless steel body and a hardened shackle set deep inside it. A brass keyhole sits in the front of the body. It comes carded in an orange blister pack with its keys. It is a strong, rust-resistant lock for storage units, gates and containers.

Key Features

• 80mm stainless steel body: The size is printed on the pack. The wide, solid round body is made of stainless steel, which resists rust and corrosion, so the lock keeps its look and strength in rain, humidity and outdoor use.

• Shrouded shackle design: The round body wraps around the shackle, so only a small part of it shows. This leaves little room for bolt cutters or a hacksaw to get a grip, which makes the lock harder to cut or pry open than an ordinary padlock.

• Hardened shackle: The shackle is marked “HARDENED” on the metal. Hardened steel is much harder to cut than ordinary steel, which adds to the lock’s resistance to attack.

• Brass keyhole: The brass cylinder sits in the centre of a recessed ring on the front face. Brass is a durable, corrosion-resistant metal for a lock cylinder, and the recess helps protect it from knocks and dirt.

• Smooth, polished finish: The smooth stainless steel surface looks clean and professional and is easy to wipe clean.

• Keys included: The padlock comes with keys on a split ring, which hang inside the shackle in the pack.

• Display-ready packaging: It comes carded in a clear blister pack on an orange backing marked “Stainless Steel Discus Padlock” and “REF: 1103”, with the lock visible through the plastic, so it is easy to inspect before you buy.

Ideal For: Storage units, containers, shutters, gates, sheds, garages, trailers, warehouses, lockers and farm buildings.
