The Monkey Rope Pendant Light is a decorative hanging light in the form of a black monkey climbing a thick natural rope while holding up a filament-style bulb. It is a playful, characterful piece that works as a talking point as well as a light, and it suits modern, rustic and eclectic interiors.

Key Features

• Detailed Black Monkey Figure: The monkey is sculpted with lifelike detail, including a textured fur finish, expressive facial features, gripping fingers and a long, curled tail. One hand holds the rope above, one hand holds the lamp holder and the legs hang naturally, so the pose looks as though the monkey is mid-climb.

• Thick Natural Rope: A chunky twisted rope in a warm natural tan runs from the ceiling plate down past the monkey and loops around its body. The rope adds a rustic, hand-made character and contrasts well with the black figure.

• Filament-Style Bulb: The monkey holds a clear amber-toned filament bulb in a black holder. The bulb gives a warm, golden vintage glow and is fully on show, which adds to the retro look.

• Black Lamp Holder: The cylindrical black holder grips the bulb neatly, and a slim black cable runs from it to the rope, so the wiring stays discreet.

• Round Black Ceiling Plate: A simple round black canopy at the top fixes the pendant to the ceiling and gives a clean finish where the rope meets the ceiling.

• Eye-Catching Curled Tail: The long tail hangs downward and ends in a curl, which finishes the shape and adds movement to the design.

• Black and Natural Colour Scheme: The matte black figure, black fittings and natural rope give a bold, earthy contrast that fits easily with wood, metal and neutral décor.

• Statement Decorative Lighting: The fixture works as a feature piece in a room, with lasting visual interest whether it is switched on or off.

Ideal For: Living rooms, dining areas, kitchen islands, bars, cafés, restaurants, children’s rooms, entryways, lounges and themed or boutique spaces.
